At guests' disposal: Private pool (5 x 12 m; depth: 1.25 – 2.20 m), air conditioning (in bedrooms and living room), Wi-Fi internet, and public parking in front of the house.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A 25% deposit of the total rental amount is required upon booking confirmation and is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 75 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 75 days before arrival, the full rental amount is due at the time of confirmation.
