First it is easy to find, the hotel is clean and quiet, staff helpful and the proficiency of their English is better than good. It is near restaurants and diners, more than that, it is near undergrounds and and walkable distance to main shopping areas. I recommend this to tourists

In general the hotel is in a great location. The room is comfortable, and the breakfast is ok. My complaing however is that after checkout the staff were rude to me (both in the restaurant and in the lobby) and refused to help me fill out my water bottle. It was so strange, and left a bad impression of the experience for me,

I LOVED IT HERE

I loved staying where with my family. There was a total of four of us and we stayed in the deluxe fourth room. I was worried that it might be too small, but it ended up being enough for all of us. The hotel was clean, close to shops, and the customer service was really good. Our room’s AC went out and they put us in another room within an hour. My only complaint was that the toilet room smelled like urine, in both of the rooms. They seemed very clean however when we received the rooms.

Room was spacious for Japan standard. Very comfortable stay and location is excellent with lots to eat close by and close to 2 major train station. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Superb location walking distance to Dotonbori and Osaka Castle. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores close by. Though the hotel is located downtown, you can’t hear much sound from the streets. Breakfast is so so. Staff are generally helpful.

We stayed in the deluxe fourth room which was very large by Japanese standards, the beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. The hotel is located at the end of the shopping mall that leads to Dotonbori, so there are heaps of shops and eating options. The Honmachi train station is very close, making it easy to get around Osaka. Great hotel we have stayed here twice now, highly recommend.

The beds were comfy with a memory foam pillow. The mattress was a little hard for my taste but softer then most in Japan. The bathroom was clean and we were able to enjoy a hot bath with bath salts after a long day of walking. Room was always quiet with no sound from the neighbours.
