「We enjoyed an amazing stay at this property. It’s very clean and had all the amenities we needed for a week ‘s vacation in New Orleans. The location is close to restaurants and shops. Many things are walkable during the day. I would suggest you Uber at night rather than walk but that’s true of most of New Orleans. We all felt very safe at the property. 「We had a lovely stay for a family vacation. The location is excellent and the off street gated parking was perfect. It was nice to have room to spread out and it was a very quiet and safe place to relax. I would just be aware that the unit is upstairs in case there is anyone in your party who can't climb. Also the bedroom curtains were rather sheer so lots of natural light comes in - lovely but also woke up my 9 yo pretty early! 」

「My siblings and spouses booked a stay in New Orleans as it was the halfway point between Destin, Florida and Beaumont, Texas. Trying to find a hotel or rental property that had 3 King beds and located in a nice NO district was challenging, until we found this beautifully restored “shotgun” house on Tchoupitoulas Street! 「This is a great spot to enjoy New Orleans! The house has plenty of space, and it has a great classic New Orleans feel. You really get to feel like you are staying in New Orleans with this location with the big porch, and lovely furnishings. It is also just a block away from the trolley that can take you right to the French Quarter, and is also just a quick ride away from Magazine St or Frenchmen St. I would definitely recommend it!」

「Theres a ton of steep steps to get into the 2nd/3rd floor units. This is however listed in the reviews. Its not ADA accessible at all. The unit was very spacious. Area a little rough but it was cool. They need to do something with the vacant property next door. Grass and weeds tall and not a good appearance. 」

「We enjoyed our stay here, the homeowner was really friendly and the house was conveniently located to some of the more popular areas in town. Having the fenced in yard really made it easy to travel with our dogs. The mattresses on the beds were comfortable and I loved the large bathtub. Would definitely recommend. 」
