A very comfortable modern room with a great view, helpful staff, etc. Weather was terrible for walking around the seafront, alas, but the hotel was terrific.

Very small room and no AC. The highlight is the breakfast buffet. Excellent food and great view from the 6th floor on the harbor. If you just use the room for sleeping and you are not staying in the middle of the summer it’s a great hotel. The staff was very nice.

Comfortable, coastal hotel

In spite of the hotel undergoing refurbishment, I was not inconvenienced and it was spotless and warm. The panoramic view of the River Elbe from the 6th floor restaurant at the ample hot/freshly cooked/cold buffet breakfast is an unbeatable start to the day. The staff are welcoming and helpful. It is a quick 10minute taxi ride from the station.

Matig voor een 4-sterren hotel

Kamer waar prima, heerlijke douche, prima bed, ware het niet dat de dekbedden belachelijk kort waren. Geen airvo/ klimaatbeheersing, enkel verwarming op de kamer. Wel vriendelijk personeel. Restaurant was volgeboekt in eerste instantie, toen mijn collega om een tafel vroeg bleek het wel mogelijk, echter medewerker werd gecorrigeerd dat hij mij zojuist geen tafel kon geven. Overigens leken er wel tafels vrij. We mochten ook niet aan de bar zitten. Was een rare situatie. Hoofdgerecht in het restaurant was prima, nagerecht was aanfluiting. Restaurant personeel mag wat enthousiaster.

Habe ein Zimmer-upgrade mit Blick auf's Wasser bekommen. Superschön! Extrem gutes Frühstück mit spektakulärem Ausblick auf den Hafen und das Meer. 2 Minuten Fußweg zur Alten Liebe in Cuxhaven. Ich war sehr angetan!
