"Un hotel que está cumpliendo 25 años y se mantiene como un icono de Mendoza. Muy bonito, con un personal muy atento. El único detalle es que el restaurante principal en las noches solo atiende de jueves a sábado y nosotros llegamos el miércoles. Tienen una opción con carta limitada en el bar."

"El hotel está ok, las fotos definitivamente retocadas, el personal de recepción es atento sin embargo desafortunadamente no pueden hacer mucho debido al estado de las habitaciones. Nuestra habitación olía demasiado a humedad, el baño detrás del lavabo lleno de moho, la regadera el silicon lleno de moho, solicité un cambio de habitación, sin embargo, era exactamente lo mismo. La ubicación es buena."

"The room was a little old fashioned but very clean and lovely view of the mountains. We found the staff to be a little rude and we noticed some people on arrival got a glass of fizz and others did not, we did not and we were on our honeymoon so would have been nice. Breakfast was nice. I got a massage which was so lovely, bit of a strange set up, spa/pool area."

"Pros - An amazing bed, queen size. Very comfortable. Cons - My room was very cold. I was booked for 2 nights, complained the first day 3 times that there was no heat. They did manage to turn it on but just for 2 hours. Heat is controlled at the front desk. I complained again the second day as the room was so cold, that time they managed to turn it on and it stayed on. I have never been in a hotel that you would freeze in. During the day I had to go the park to sit in the sun to warm up. Each room has a thermostat but it was locked so you were not allowed to turn it on or adjust the temperature. It had to be done at the box at the front desk Last point, the room was lovely but there was some black mold around the tap end of the shower. Not acceptable."
