“Most of the review mentioned that the view in this hotel was fabulous, no doubt I totally agree with this. The hotel is so peaceful and quiet, people can watch the sunset clearly. “Overall, I would not recommend staying here. The photos online are not reflective of the pool size or the overall vibe of the hotel. We found the staff to be very dismissive and rude when asking for basic things such as water. When we asked if there was somewhere to refill our water or if they had drinking water, we were told that they didn’t provide this and we needed to buy our own, we were fine with this but the tone we were told in was horrible. “Helpful and nice staff. Free transportation to/from airport and port is a big advantage. Walking distance to windmills and city centre. Room is good only bad soundproof and weird design (glass-transparent toilet and a window, which means light comes in from there and no total darkness).”
