“The room setting, service and light breakfast were very good. It was only the toilet odour in our room that we dislike most. We followed the hotel instruction of throwing toilet paper into the dustbin instead of toilet. The unpleasant odour might come from the toilet paper in dustbin or the sewage pipes. Other than this problem, we are very satisfied with the room.”

“I enjoyed my stay at Jimmy's Suites. The room was clean and spacious, staff were friendly and helpful, location was good. However,there's a few things that could be improved: - you can hear the noise from the street through closed windows - there's glassware provided by no washing up liquid to wash them after use - the iron has a European plug and no adapter is provided so I wasn't able to use it - bathroom was clean but could do with a bit of tlc - there was no hot water at times - one day I……
