“I booked a twin room for 2 persons and only 1 bottle of complimentary water was given. I requested for 1 more bottle but the staffs said the rules did not allow. The room rate is more expensive for 2 persons per room than for 1 person per room, so it did not make sense. A bottle of water does not cost much compared to the room rate they charged. The other bad impression the hotel left is the rude staff who gave out towels at the swimming pools. I went to the pool in the early morning on the day……

“Our stay at the City of Dreams Mediterranean was absolutely outstanding! Everything was 100% fantastic...our room, the food, the service and all the facilities. We loved the luxury of the hotel and the fabulous service of all the staff. We also really enjoyed the entertainment, especially the talented Eclipse Trio, and would love to return. ”
