“Great villa and location. Just a stones throw from the protaras "strip" but situated in a nice quiet residential area. Lidl, a two minute walk. Facilities good and everything you need to make it a comfortable stay. Loved the area as great restaurants, beautiful coastal walk and great water sports for the kids. Plenty of sports bars and everything reasonably priced. Bus services are amazing and no real need to hire a car. Bus stop within a minute walk from the villa and every 10/15 mins for only……

“The villa was fully equipped with everything we needed, close to the shops and restaurants, the pool was a decent size, plenty of sunny and shaded areas comfortable sunbeds with towels provided.”

“Rooms were good. The only thing we missed a bit was a dining room with a table, which you can use, if you want to do some pc works. But its not a big issue. All in all, very recommendable. Thanks a lot!”

“What a fabulous holiday. The villa is exceptional. Everything you could wish for in the kitchen and so much space! The views are incredible and it was so nice to sit outside admiring it and having coffee in the morning. Games and a TV with so many stations if it rains. Taverna Letymbou at the bottom of the hill is fabulous, amazing food and friendly owners. Soulas Yard cafe great for breakfast and coffee. “Initial communications were excellent, and all questions and requests were dealt with promptly. However upon arrival, the villa did not live up to its description, it was in a poor state of cleanliness throughout, and did not appear to have been properly cleaned for some time, in particular the kitchen utensils and appliances were contaminated with old food residue. The shower pipework was leaking and judging by the verdigris stains has been in that state for some considerable time. The bedding……
