“We stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage, and we thought the rooms looked very nice. We had an issue with the cottage being warm most of the night as well as the TV not working properly. We reached out to staff, and they didn’t contact us until the next morning, which is when we were leaving. When we vacation, our non-negotiables are clean, comfortable rooms, and unfortunately, the second item wasn’t met.
Also important to know that the only walkable food option is their restaurant, which does not……

The communication with the host is terrible! I tried to reach them a week before the trip, a couple of days before the trip and then when I arrived in St Thomas. “We really enjoyed our stay at Buoy Haus. The property was well kept and felt upscale as we had hoped. Our room was very clean and the entire staff was always friendly, helpful and polite.
