Amazing hotel with unbelievable views. Staff was very helpful when needing a new room due to some lights nor working. The only con is parking can be a little rough at times, especially with a pickup truck.

We had a good stay. Warmly welcomed by the owner (Chef Marshall). Overall the property is well maintained with here and there some needed updates. But the view and amenities make up for almost everything. We had a well prepared and presented brealfast and Chef also gave us a treat which was really appreciated. There was only one concern.

Love, LOVE, loved this place! Very private location! Clean room, comfortable bed and felt cozy and intimate. Island views from every spot. Hospitality of the staff was amazing! Dinner at the restaurant was DELICIOUS but definitely PRICEY! Lots of spots to relax and enjoy a drink and quiet. Not on the side of the island to watch a sunset but still beautiful. Cons: 1. there are stairs to check in, go to bar and restaurant. 2. Thin room walls 3. Free but very simplistic breakfast 4. Limited parking 5. No gym or trail to walk

I arrived a lil earlier and was able to check into my room early. Once I got to my room, it was clean and the view was amazing!. The the breakfast was okay but not nothing I would rush to go get. It was freshly made every morning but was very light. The parking was horrible. If the restaurant had a lot of guests, so if you returned to your room after 5 we had a hard time finding a spot to park. The steps up to the restaurant and to get ice or a beverage is painted it's very steep and very slippery my husband fell down them the last day there. So be careful. I wouldn't mind staying there again but definitely not my first choice.

Wonderful view from the lobby and our room. We stayed in the premium room. Worth the extra. Rent an SUV or Jeep while there. You will need the ground clearance.

This was a place that I would return too. The breakfast was great, and Marshall Bishop is the owner and the michelin star main chef. He was a really cool host and made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. If your traveling with a party of 2 I would say just use taxis to get around, but a rental car would make more sense for a larger group.

The views were awesome, the staff were very friendly but breakfast wasn’t different each day. The waffle was extremely hard, but the egg and sausage breakfast was decent. Breakfast also didn’t come with a drink of any kind, but overall I wouldn’t mind going back. Now that I know what to expect and what not to expect. Pretty decent hotel in the cut off the beaten path. I like the privacy.
