「Well overall it was good but alot of things were not good」

「I stayed at the hotel for almost 3 weeks. there was no hot water for the most part of my stay. cockroaches in the breakfast room everyday and in my room. I notified the staff and the reply was its the season nothing we can do. Both my arms have been biten by bed bugs, behind my neck, in my feet back of my thighs. could not afford to see a doctor but instead bought cream on my own. wifi never worked for almost 2 weeks in the room. i wish i can post the pictures of my bed bugs. hotel is...

「My stay in Sarawan Hotel was above my expectations because The room rate was much cheaper than the other hotels around the proximity Hotel was well cleaned Amenities were much cheaper Staff and services were excellent Atrium mall is adjacent and within two minutes walk where one can do all the shopping Property condition and facilities are excellent I will give ***** (five star) all in all ! 」

「Emergency stay. Stayed one nice. The staff was polite. They took care of my bags. It was in less than average condition BUT the bed and linens were absolutely clean! Weak cold shower but the bathroom floor was in great conditions! Water gets shut off. AC and fan gets shut off. It was a good stop for am emergency. No pests! No sewer smell! I enjoyed my stay mostly.」
