Mixed Experience – Friendly Staff but Some Comfort

The staff were friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, there were a few issues that affected my stay. There was an internet outage that, although eventually resolved, caused some inconvenience. Additionally, the room had an unusual odor, and the sound from the air conditioning unit was quite disruptive. With some improvements, the experience could be much better.

My stay at the hotel was excellent, the staff could not do enough for me. A special mention for Sunita, manager of the Spa and pool area and JB, deputy general manager. They both went above and beyond to make my stay everything I hoped for.

I enjoyed my stay at MovenPick. Facility was clean and updated. The cleaning staff on the 3rd floor was extremely friendly and kept our room in very good condition. Mr. Iqbal Noor and his cleaning staff, Shaukat and Shamim Eric kept the rooms in very good condition and really made our stay very comfortable. The staff at the gym Mr. Arman David and Mr. Mangal and Mr. Chaman kept the gym and pool area in excellent condition. I will definitely recommend MovenPick to other friends and family members. A Celebration of Hospitality, Excellence, and Diversity in Karachi I recently spent four nights at a hotel in Karachi with my family, and it was worth every cent. As a Karachi native, I usually stay with relatives, but this time I chose a hotel to give my children a more engaging experience—and it was the best decision. They had a completely different, enjoyable stay full of comfort and entertainment. From the moment we arrived, the hotel management and staff delivered exceptional service. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were evident throughout. Movenpick hotel is a very good choice the overal impression is perfect and the price reasonable. All staf/personnel is very friendly and helpful. The pool and gym are clean in in perfect state. The rooms are big clean nicely decorated, perfect beds, fresh fruit in the room and enough space for your clothing etc. My stay for 14 days . Outside trips will be a bit difficult maybe because of the crowded /chaotic looking traffic in Karachi. JB Jansen 11-11-'23 until 26-11-'23
