Value and location. Loved it.

Very clean room and helpful staff. Perfect location for the dragon bridge show on the weekend. Relaxing roof pool with views. We will stay again at this great prices. Plus a nice sausage stand out front was tasty 😋

We had a good time here. The staff were friendly. Everything was clean. The location was central. Bar and restaurant appeared to be under construction or out of order due to some other reason. Overall good stay though!

Great location, room has AC, and price is decent.

Receptionist spoke English and Vietnamese. She is very friendly and answered all the questions i had. When i had to make a local call, she gave me her cell phone to make calls. I thought she is an asset to the hotel. The room was good for the price you pay. The beddings are clean and the AC in the room works great. The AC in the room got the room very cold. The refrigerator was leaking in the inside butnwasnt too bad. The location was great. In the same street were good restaurants and the street behind the hotel had more of the mom and pop shops.

Good sized room, clean and no odors. Bathroom clean and roomy but could have better placement for access to bathtowels as floor became slippery when wet. Air con worked but made a loud noise once in a while. View of the dragon bridge from the rounded balcony was nice but the metal safety bars made you feel like you were inside a bird cage. Check in staff were nice and friendly and helped get the luggage into the hotel but the early morning staff (checked out at 3:30am to go to airport) not so helpful.

It has very good location, walkable to restaurants and shopping. The staff was very nice and friendly. We booked for 4 rooms for 3 nights and all the rooms are clean and the shower water pressure was in excellent condition. This hotel has a rooftop with swimming pool and amazing view! We will definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends and family.

We love Phu An Hotel!!!

This hotel has a swimming pool at the rooftop with amazing view! We booked for 4 rooms for 3 nights. The location is very convenient, walkable to restaurants and shopping. We love this hotel! We will comeback and stay here again! I will recommend it to my friends and family.

Room was ok, not overly clean but you get what you pay for. On check in the man at reception didn’t say anything at all to us just took our passports, spent a few mins taking a phone call then handed us a room key. We only stayed one night and it did the job but I can’t say I would recommend this hotel
