This hotel had potential. It looked very modern and pretty. However there were some flaws to the design of the room. To maximise the space, the sink was situated outside the bathroom. Sometimes this was inconvenient. The toilet and shower was not separated by any screen and therefore, sometimes the water would wet the toilet seat and toilet paper. Another flaw was the service. I have been to many hotels and was always provided with a second key card when asked. With Draco, they repeatedly said they could not provide a second card as they were fully booked. What hotel does not stock any extra room cards. The funny thing was 2 days later, when we asked the front desk for a second card again, they gave in and provided us with one. In vietnamese, the two staff members were talking amongst themselves, mentioning that they had many spare cards at the back room and were TOLD NOT TO USE IT AT ALL. So they lied. On top of this, we travelled with friends who had other problems with the hotel. One room had a broken lock. Reception said we had to live with it and had no other choice as they were apparently booked out. No compensation whatsoever. That same room also had a broken aircoN. They attempted to fix it but it was broken again the next day. Also, please do not trust the photos posted on their website or any third part website. Our friends requested for a sea view room and was given a city view room.

Right in An Thuong and close to everything... especially the beach, restaurants, shops. As a tourist it's great for foreigners who want to stay and experience the local culture but still have access to western amenities

The hotel was modern and clean, the supervisor really gave great service giving us recommendations and making bookings for us... most of the staff was friendly however we had a big problem upon check out... we went out and said if we're not back by 12pm which is the check out time then you can move the luggage... we come back at 10am and all of our luggage was moved downstairs already... I told the receptionist I want to shower and they didn't follow our instructions... she tells me the room has already been cleaned... and offers me another room to shower in, we go, its dirty and has towels all over the floor etc... I go back downstairs and tell her I want my old room back, it's not my problem if you already cleaned it, that's yours, I paid for the room until 12pm... eventually she gives me the key and we go back to our old room and it hasn't even been cleaned, so she lied to us which was the worst part of the experience really... at least tell the truth... why she didn't just give us back our room in the first place is beyond me 🙄

Nestled in Da Nang, Draco Hotel & Suites is a short 2-minute walk from the beach, boasting My An Beach just 200 meters away and My Khe Beach situated 400 meters from the property. This hotel takes pride in its accommodations, featuring a panoramic view restaurant, complimentary private parking, an outdoor swimming pool, and a fitness center. Its impressive amenities encompass an infinity pool, a Street bar, a Poolside bar etc. Additionally, guests can relish the fitness center, spa facilities, steam room, and sauna available on-site. The hotel's foot and body massage services are excellent and reasonably priced, allowing us to enjoy massages daily during our stay! The meticulously designed rooms at the hotel offer air conditioning, a comfortable seating area, a flat-screen TV with cable channels such as Netflix, high-speed complimentary Wi-Fi, a safety deposit box, and a private bathroom equipped with a shower, bathrobes, and slippers. Each guest room also includes a desk and an electric kettle. However, a drawback was the placement of the flat-screen TV, positioned quite high and impacting the viewing experience. Nevertheless, the Seaview suites we booked provided the luxury of a private balcony and an open-air bathtub for enhanced comfort and indulgence. In summary, this hotel is cozy and comes highly recommended, making it an excellent choice for a family vacation!

Good location, poor service, ok breakfast
Pretty hotel and great location, close to the beach. Breakfast ok, very poor service. They wanted to help us open the door after vi open it ourself, just an example. Went to breakfast and at the pool for some hours. Room wasn’t clean. Went back for showering and relax, and then they wanted to clean our room. We said they had to wait because we were in the shower at the moment..

I cannot say enough good things about the Draco hotel. Upon arrival to checking out everything was perfect. I believe we got the room with the bathtub exposed to the ocean view that was featured here on Expedia. The room was exquisite, clean, roomy with a beautiful view. The staff was excellent, helping us with a tour to the Lady Buddha, the Marble Mountain and Hoi An. We couldn't have asked for more, except going to breakfast and using the pool was an unexpected highlight as well. If I can ever suggest a hotel for a destination anywhere in the world, it would be the Draco hotel in Da Nang Vietnam! A humble thank you to the staff and management.

It’s a relatively new hotel with all the necessary amenities. The gym is a little small but does all the basics for a quick workout. The pool in the roof top has stunning view yet it was windy when we were there so we didn’t get to enjoy it. The breakfast every morning was excellent and has variable choices. Got to mention, the bellman, NGUYEN DÚC THÄNG, was super helpful from the moment we arrived to the time when we depart. We enjoyed his hospitality much.

Huoneen wc ja suihku lasiseinän takana, ei niin yksityinen kuin mitä toivoisi. Sänky ihanan iso, mutta kovahko. Siivous toimi joka päivä hyvin! Aamuaistilasta kivat näkymät myös, aamupala ihan ok, ei juurikaan vaihtelua viiden aamun aikana. Sijainti hyvä, rannalle lyhyt matka ja paljon ravintoloita ympärillä.

The location was great, just 3 minute walk to the beach. The staff were friendly & efficient, especially in the restaurant. The room was nice and the food was quite good. Especially the buffet restaurant on high floor with sea view overlooking everywhere. I highly recommend this hotel and definitely stay here in my next trip.
