不滿：整潔度、職員與服務和住宿狀況
Beautiful restaurants 300m down the path, cocunut boat tours and close to transfers from 171 cau Dai Hoi An. Sweetness 💓 in the location and local poeple. Large rooms , with sizeable ensuites were dirty and unkempt with ripped hole in towels. Elderly owners lived there with no energy to keep working, they need to retire but keep getting up to do the bare minimum. No check in or reception staff, had to scream out to finally get a response from someone hiding out. No staff, but plenty of people living in the hotel which is not advertised as a homestay. The lack of energy given to creating a welcoming atmosphere means that large unkempt rooms feel ghostlike as there was no one else staying there. The dogs were nice and greeted me better than the owners. I hope the male occupant who likes to try and open guests doors stops his predatory behaviour
