We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was amazing with walking distance to the markets and the ancient city. All staff were super friendly and gave us great tips to what to do and visit. Would highly recommend.

The team at Silkotel are very nice and friendly. Thank you to Lyn and Alice who were super helpful with our room. The hotel itself is in a great location right near Hoi An old town, close to great tailors, restaurants and some of the main attractions in Hoi An.

Really lovely hotel located conveniently close to Ancient Town. Buffet breakfast was a feast! As it was our anniversary, they really went above and beyond and surprised us with a little anniversary cake and flower petals on our bed. Rooms were spacious and well maintained.

I loved my stay at Silkotel in Hoi An. The area was close to all tourist areas, and staff provided exceptional service. I would give my stay 5/5 and would highly recommend. Only issue was wifi signal is not good and I had to do work.

This hotel is in a very good area. Because of Chinese New Year it was so busy. The staff were excellent and nothing was to much trouble. . We only had dinner once in hotel and we were disappointed. The breakfast was okay

great hotel close to Old town. Lovely, friendly staff. Good buffet breakfast. Pool was ok but not much room for sun loungers & lost the sun early. Bathroom could do with upgrade as has shower over bath, who takes a bath on holiday! Overall would recommend as great place to stay in Hoi An

The staff at Silkotel are very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, close to the old town. Breakfast is good but fairly limited. The rooms were noisy with sounds from neighbouring rooms beside and above heard clearly
