It is a prime location: nice quiet beach, breakfast right on the beach with stunning view, receptionists outstanding, restaurant staffs a bit reserved perhaps due to their English, breakfast food is good and suitable for long stays. One receptionist let me use her phone to call Canada. Supposedly there are lizards making cracking noise in the walls. Overall a nice hotel.

Ocean villas is a quiet relaxing stay which is outside of the hustle and bustle of Da Nang central but is reasonable close to it at 13kms. Facilities, rooms, pool and restaurant is modern and pleasant you won’t find anything lacking in this department. We had breakfast included which is a more than reasonable price and the food options were great. For lunch and dinner dining we did choose to venture into town which is a cheap $200,000 vnd ($13 aud) grab ride into town or had Food delivered via grab which is common. Private beach was lovely also. Outside areas outside the complex aren’t walkable so if your happy with this style of stay then it’s recommended for families with younger kids that enjoy pool time and screen time in a comfortable clean hotel then this is a winner. We also had a washing machine which was convenient (but you need to supply your own powder)

The property consists of two areas, The Ocean Villas & The Ocean Suites. The picture on Expedia.de is of the Ocean Villas. The Ocean Suites consist of 2 high story towers. When booking through Expedia.de, you see photos of rooms at the Ocean Villas. We thought we would be renting a villa. When we arrived, we were surprised to learn our room was in the Ocean Suites. It was a two bedroom/two-bathroom unit, exactly as we booked but not in the Ocean Villas, like we thought we had booked. The room was clean, spacious, and included a full kitchen. The view from the balcony is less than appealing as you look upon a large construction area. The staff were kind, polite, and accommodating. We had some minor maintenance issues which were quickly repaired. Housekeeping did an outstanding job cleaning the room. The restaurant is located near one of the pools and faces the water. The view is beautiful! Breakfast buffet is good, with a combination of western and Asian options. Cappuccinos, lattes etc. can only be purchased at an extra cost. This was not mentioned on Expedia.de. And is very uncommon for 4/5-star resorts/hotels. Check-out was ok until the duty manager asked us to remain on the property until someone from housekeeping inspected our room. Our family has stayed in numerous 4/5-star resorts/hotels over the years, all over the world; never, ever been asked to stay on site until someone “inspects our hotel room”. Given the issues above, we will not stay there again.

年末から元旦までの滞在でした。 施設・設備は全体的に古くなっていますが、リーズナブルな価格を考えれば納得もできます。シャワーが弱い、バスタブに湯をはれるがシャワーが出ないなどは日本を出ればある意味、当たり前に起きることなので許容範囲ですが、気になる人は気になると思いますので、その分、星をマイナスにしています。 スタッフはフレンドリーですが、あまり英語は通じません。LINEやWhat’s Appなどで直接やりとりできますが、観光地への売り込みも結構あります。 チェックインはスムーズでしたが、チェックアウトは時間がかかりました。 朝食は生春巻きやフォーなど、期待していたものがありましたので満足ですが、夕食は外に行った方が良いでしょう。ミーケービーチもタクシーで15分ほどです。家族連れにはお勧めします。

夜謎の警報がなりひびく、 寝れなかった。 クーラーは17度にしても なかなか冷えない 埃が溜まっている。 アパートメントに泊まりましたが 全体的に汚い、掃除がイマイチなのと お菓子は、賞味期限が切れて フリーの飲み物は、パッケージの 劣化が激しく、飲みたいとは思えない プールは良かったですが ざらざらとした素材で、息子と夫は 足を怪我した。 朝食も、前のホテル（三星）と比べたら あまり良くなかった。 ビーチサイトレストランなので とにかく暑くて、ゆったりとはいかない 値段も施設と全体的に見たら 次はないかなぁ。

직원분들도 너무 친절하시고 여기저기 묵었지만 여기 조식이 제일 맛있었어요 ㅠ 수영장은 별로 깊지는 않은데 다른분들은 사용을 안하셔서 둘이 너무 재밌게 놀았네용 객실내에 건조대도 있어서 수영복도 편하게 말렸어요! 무엇보다 리조트 단지가 너무 예뻐서 아침에 산책하기도 좋아요
