Overall, it was a good stay. Some of the feedback likely comes from the property showing a bit of age. The location offers a river view, though the water was muddy. The staff were all wonderful, and breakfast was decent. A nice, affordable budget friendly 5-star hotel.

Our connecting rooms were super clean. The property has a beautiful garden and is just a short walk from Ancient Town. The pool was sparkling and lovely place to relax before or after exploring town. Breakfast buffet had every option imaginable.

I had spent a lot of time comparing properties with so many different options available but we were so pleased with this choice. The room was well appointed, the breakfast was outstanding and the staff were phenomenal. Tip- we ate at the outdoor section of the restaurant one night and had the most dreamy latern-lit space almost to ourselves. It is a short walk to the old town but we preferred to give distance to the hustle. We stayed 3 nights with no regrets!

Great stay

Had a great stay, the hotel staff were friendly and on top of things and really wanted to ensure we had a great time. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk away from old town which is a good distance because it's more quiet, they also have free bicycle hire as well, although I would not recommend using the bikes at night as old town gets way too crowded to ride through.

Overall great stay in Hoi An! Huge pool which is perfect for before or after sight seeing! Plus a kids pool so the adults pool is quiet. Lemongrass Spa is also lovely and very soothing for a massage. Property also has bikes and is a 10 min walk from the cute streets. Staff are helpful and our room was upgraded. Also a selection jb Ññ

We stayed here for 3 nights, and it was truly a 5 star experience. From the customer service of all the ladies at the front, to the meals at the Soul restaurant (waitress Trang was so lovely), to the convenient location within walking distance of all Hoi An attractions - plus complimentary bike hire and multiple transfers per day to the beaches. Highly recommend, and would stay here again.

Great Short Break

Spacious rooms, super clean everywhere and a choice of excellent pools. Breakfast was varied and catered for all tastes. Shuttle to the beach was a bonus too. Super friendly staff, and a really pleasant stay. 😁

The staff was over the top accommodating and helpful, from our airport transfer, check in, arranging help with tours, and more. We felt a so cared for! Rooms were nice and cool with private balconies. Great breakfast, spa, and pools.

Lovely hotel within walking distance of the main town. Hoi An is beautiful. The hotel has bikes you can borrow to cycle around the town, to the nearby pottery village or to the beach. Breakfast was fabulous.
