冷氣跟熱水設備有些老舊，尤其是浴室完全沒熱水，夏天洗冷水澡還好，但是還是很不習慣。員工服務超周到，早餐豐富好吃，超級喜歡小孩子，很適合家庭入住。

Highly recommend! Nice staffs, good food, fair price, big room and easy access to beach! Fantastic experience since the first minute we arrived hotel because we did not expect staffs to come and carry our luggage. We are welcomed with ice tea, cookie and fruit when waiting for check-in process. Staff is very experienced to actively ask for next day plan and help on logistic. We need to leave early morning for flight and they have breakfast well packed in advance! Family room is very big with balcony. 4 little cute towel elephants sitting on beds to welcome us ^0^. Hotel staffs are really helpful and agile when we request for help. Downstairs is their restaurant which is the most popular among nearby. When we have dinner, many people come in from outside and apparently they are not residences. Next door is souvenir shop to buy anything last stop of the trip. Still some disadvantages: 1. The air quality is bad in balcony because it is located by the road, and downstairs a restaurant. 2. Refrigerator is shut down if leaving the room and taking out room card. This is not convenient. 3. Bed is too soft for me All in all still a good experience far beyond expectation!

酒店的服务人员是比较客气的。千万不要在酒店前台换钱。我换了200美元给我21000的汇率，后来一看满街都是22900的。这很不地道。房间的WIFI基本没法使用，慢得不行。酒店没电梯，上四楼要爬梯的。房间的热水不好，电加热的，洗一会儿就冷了，水也小。大堂有个餐厅，食品还不错，价格不算低的。

The Good: The reception staff and all those who worked on the main floor.Excellent. Especially Tu, Hein, and the 2 gentlemen who worked at reception. Thank you for all your hard work and help. The Restaurant: Had dinner there once. It was very good. Only reason we ate there once was we wanted to try different restaurants in the city. The reception and restaurant areas: very clean and well maintained. The building: has character. The room we stayed in had a large balcony, and the room was spacious. The Not So Good: The stair case to our room on the top floor, and the hallways leading to the rooms need a deep clean. The stairs themselves were not dirty, but dust has built up along the posts and obviously hasn’t been cleaned in a while. On one of the floors, dirty sheets were kept in one of the hallways. I’m sure there is a better place to put them so guest’s don’t need to see them. The lights in the hallway outside our room did not work. So, arriving to our room in the evening was always a dark affair. Simple fix? Our room: the bathroom room requires a big fix. This is not going to happen as it would cost money. The main issue was the shower. The water runs away from the main drain, and drains into a secondary drain outside by the toilet. Now this really isn’t the problem. The problem lies in that the drain isn’t very effective, causing water to pool around the toilet. As an aside, the bathroom drains sometimes emits sewage smells. Not often, but once is too much.

Welcoming place to stay. Accommodating & friendly.

We stayed in room 406. In their front view photos, it is the top floor with the nice balcony. It is a fairly large room in good condition. The street noise can be bothersome if you are a light sleeper, but i wasn't bothered. The things that aren't perfect: The bathroom shower slopes away from the drain, so water pools at the end. The sink faucet and shower hiss and make noise the first time you use them each day. It's loud enough to bother another person if they are still sleeping. But for the rest of the day, it's fine after the one noisy start. There is no elevator. I didn't mind walking up the nice wide stairs. I saw it as burning calories so that I could eat guilt free after running up and down multiple times per day. But if health conditions prevented it, that would be different. The first night the bed had a lumpy mattress pad. But after asking for a new one, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast has many menu choices that you order and comes to you freshly made. They are mostly Vietnamese dishes, but there are also eggs, toast, and sides of bacon or ham. Also there is cut fruit, cereal, juice, and pastries. The wait staff is very attentive. The restaurant is very popular at lunch and dinner with many guests from outside the hotel. And live music each night. We ate at the hotel most nights on our week long stay. The beach is only a block away, as are many dinning options. The staff made it a pleasant stay that forgave any faults. We would easily stay again.
