"The Conrad Beijing was amazing! Summer and the rest of the staff were very friendly, warm, and accommodating for our family. We enjoyed a great meal and drinks in the main restaurant one of the nights and had great service and excellent food! Great location and very comfortable for our stay in Beijing!"

"Honestly, that might be the nicest Ramada there is - and decently priced! Yet, the staff - even including restaurant/bar staff - went above and beyond. I have an American number - unable to get local SIM cards, as my phone is blocked - and food apps don't permit non-Chinese numbers. Even so, the staff ordered for me on THEIR apps. And while I gave them a tip for doing so, they didn't have to do that for me - yet did.. I would DEFINITELY recommend Ramada by Wyndham Beijing Capital Airport Hotel!"

"I dont understand all the negative reviews about this place, despite being really stressed and having no help from airport staff etc. The staff at Golden Phoenix made our whole layover as comfortable as possible while assisting with things way out of their range just to make sure we were looked after. book this place"
