"The location is excellent, the staff are great, and the room (a studio) was surprisingly spacious. There is no housekeeping other than emptying the bin (which is fine, just noting it). The lighting was terrible. I had to use my phone flashlight to see anything in the kitchen or in the wardrobes after dusk. Other than that, it is excellent value in an area with some very expensive hotels and small rooms. "

"Ideally located for sightseeing holiday. Short walk to museums and South Kensington,and a few minutes walk to the tube for access to most sights. Quite, safe street with Sainsburys next door for all shopping needs. Apartment spotless with good facilities (although cupboards a bit too high for small me). Staff friendly and reception manned for check in. Will be back! "

"Apartment was excellent, very clean with everything you could need. I would have given it 5 stars but unfortunately the mattress was too thin and I could feel the springs through it, so not very comfortable. A thicker more expensive mattress or at least a thick mattress topper. Would solve the issue. Central location in Staines Upon Thames, so super convenient. Would I stay here again, the answer is Yes. "

"Ashburn Court was a fabulous stay. We love the area and know it well - the apartment is located brilliantly for the tube, shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment we stayed in was huge and was well equipped. The heating took a while to get used to but otherwise we would not hesitate to stay there again.
