“飯店服務人員很快速的幫助房客解決各項需求，很值得讚許。”

“房間隔音很差，很嘈雜”

“Stayed in one of the VIP rooms. However, wasn't one with the jacuzzi which seemed a little misleading based on the description. “Small room but clean and reasonable price. Breakfast included but simple ”

“Good place to stay.”

“very beautiful”

“Staff were very good, we arrived quite late at night because of the train mishap. It was raining and cold, we were made welcome and shown to rooms until we were happy with the choice!, room was warm clean and tidy. Breakfast was great lunch was delicious. A wonderful memorable stay will go again definitely!”

I provided my receipts and prove I actually stayed there but yet they still insist to charge me with debt collection. Two night stay was……
