“Discrete, quiet, secure and comfy. 5 mins walk from Kings Cross. Although it sleeps 4, it would be a bit cramped for 4 adults spending a lo of time there, but as a base to sleep, and access to London, it was great. The bed was great, and it had a good shower/bathroom. Very good condition throughout.”

“very bad, check in process took very long, inconvenience payment at the hotel, cannot pay at the property in spite it stated on hotel.com you can, aircon not working properly, very hot, no one attended to our multiple requests for aircon problem, tissue paper and cleaning of garage can, no one even noticed there was a big garbage bag outside our room door for a few days, no staff present at the property for any assistance required”

“Apartment was very spacious and check in staff was great, however apartment was not very clean, poor maintenance of apartment such as broken and rusty baseboards broken flooring. Great potential for a beautiful property.”

The location was absolutely spot on for what we needed but more than that, it was clean, superbly presented, the perfect space, comfortable and had everything we needed. Despite being in a central location the area was so quiet and felt very safe. From the booking, communication in preparation for our stay, the check in and access to the property process and the actual stay it has been……

“Good location. Short walk to underground station. Two stops to South Ken for all the museums. Nice area, felt very safe. Apartment itself is OK. Rooms are small but we didn’t spend much time there so not an issue. Amenities were good; oven, fridge etc. Was clean enough but felt like it could do with a bit of a makeover to spruce the place up a bit. Check in was fine and comms were all very good. ”
