The staff were very attentive from arrival to departure. The breakfast buffet was very well organised and room was immaculate. We used the pool and even though the Health suite is in the process of a refurb it was all very clean.

The hotel itself was fine. The pool which was one of the main reasons for booking this property was closed. Then the hotel sent me a parking fine for despite paying for parking and having a receipt which has been nothing but stress to have this finally removed

We stayed for a trip to Harry Potter Studios. Great location and value for money. Family room was good size and having the pool was an added bonus that the kids loved. Plenty of onsite parking paid at £7 at check in for 24 hours. Definitely recommend for a good value overnight stop.
