“Communication with the host, Juan, was very smooth; he answered all my questions. He seems like an experienced business owner and is likely to expand his business significantly. The room design was both modern and practical, the TV had excellent picture quality, and while not luxurious, everything was almost perfect. The only drawback was that the shower water temperature was a bit low, so I had to adjust it to be higher. If we come to Tampa again, we will definitely stay here, and I will……

“We recently stayed while visiting family for Thanksgiving. The apartment was a great choice for us. It was a reasonably priced, no frills accommodation near the University of South Florida. The apartment was clean and appeared to be recently updated. The check-in process was simple. Julie, the host, was very responsive throughout our stay. My grandson loved the pool and gym. We all appreciated nice hot showers with good water pressure and lots of hot water and comfortable mattresses! Basic……

“The studio was beautiful, clean (spotless) and the host very attentive (Arien). The shower was beautiful as well. We like to cook breakfast therefore the electric cooktop was adequate for making breakfast. The kitchen is very large for the studio with an island to sit at all up to date with a large stainless steel sink. Water pressure was perfect compared to other VRBOs Ive stayed at. The place was near my family so i could tend to my 83 year old dads needs and spent New Years in Port……
