Stoneview Summit offers the best amenities and views on Lake Martin!!! This condo is a ground level walk out great area for BBQ, games, soccer, etc. right on the water. Great sunsets from living room, dining table, patio and master. Features BEST POOL on the lake with water slide, granite, hardwood floors, indoor/outdoor fireplaces, stainless appliances and built in microwave. The laundry room includes a full size washer and dryer. Master bath features double sink, garden tub, walk in shower and large closet.
NEW KING size bed in master, queen in bedroom two with a futon and queen size bed and futon bedroom three. Other amenities include dedicated boat slip and fully stocked kitchen.
MAIN ATTRACTIONS: Boating, Fishing, Swimming, Dining at one of four restaurants on the lake, Golf, Tennis, Park for kids with playground, etc.

Stoneview Summit is a great complex with nice amenities in a good location. This condo was nicely appointed and is easy to access as an end unit on the bottom floor. The place was fairly clean, but there are maintenance needs that are overdue - like sinks that don't drain and a master shower with missing grout and extensive mildew. The property manager wasn't particularly responsive to my pre-stay inquiries, but we were able to figure things out on our own. Internet wifi wasn't working upon arrival, but resetting the modem (located in the master bedroom) fixed the issue. Check in time is late and checkout is early -- inconveniences that take away from the experience a little. Also, although there is no mention of it in the property description, boats and trailers cannot be parked anywhere in the Stillwaters complex. Some online sources suggested trying nearby Harbor Pointe Marina, but a call to them revealed that no such option is available there. Through my own research, I found a storage facility near the Stillwaters Hwy 49 gate that will happily accommodate your trailer for a reasonable fee. In the end, we enjoyed our stay and were overall pleased with this property.

Family Lake Trip
Our family loved staying at this conveniently located condo! It was true to the listing. The ability to use the elevator to unload groceries and luggage from the vehicle in the parking lot and also being able to walk out ground level to the lake or yard or pool was great! We even walked to the nearby church. The boat slip was close, too. We loved using the beautiful pool so close to this condo. We enjoyed the size of the bedrooms and the added futons in the additional bedrooms were great for sitting or would have been useful if our family were even larger and needed additional sleeping spaces besides those Queen-sized beds. The views of the sunset over the lake were a perfect ending to each day. The hosts were quick to respond to our questions before and during our stay. Great trip!
