Guest access
You will have access to the entire house, property, and docks all to yourself. The house has a smart lock on the front door which will allow you to easily access.
HOUSE RULES
• No Parties or events allowed.
• Maximum number of guests allowed on property or overnight is 12.
• No Smoking or Vaping of any kind or permitted inside the house or on the decks. If smoke is detected there will be a $750 Ozone Smoke Removal Fee charged.
• No Pets Allowed. We love dogs, but leave ours at home. If you bring a pet there will be a charge of $750 per pet.
• Quiet Times: 10:00pm-8:00am. Please respect our neighbors and how noise carries across the water.
**NOTE**
- We require our guests to sign a rental agreement. It is a requirement of our insurance.
- Lake Martin water levels are lowered from October through early March. Our dock is not accessible by boat during this time but can be accessible by kayak
- The driveway is steep but the parking is flat for 4 to 6 cars depending on their size.
