Georgia Grove has 4 bedrooms plus bonus space, 2 full bathrooms, expansive living room with comfortable furnishings, convenient dining area for up to 10, and enjoyable private outdoor space!
Georgia Grove offers an inviting and comfortable family room with Roku TV, Wi-Fi and a collection of family friendly board games and puzzles. There is also an upstairs "bonus" space with kid friendly decor, a few toys/games and an additional Roku TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to prepare meals, a double oven, cooktop, and microwave. Dual Kuerig coffemaker uses K-Cups and also drip coffee. Dining room has a large table complete with seating for up to 10.
Enjoy the private backyard space with gas grill on the patio for your perfect BBQ and a custom fire ring with seating for 8.
There are four bedrooms to comfortably accommodate 8 guests. Three bedrooms are outfitted with Queen size beds, one bedroom has full size bed. One Queen bedroom has private en-suite bathroom. Second bathroom is accessible to another Queen bedroom and also accessed by hallway door. There is also an upstair bonus space with a twin trundle bed for two more sleeping spaces!
