Two-room apartment with 45 m² of living space and a balcony on the 1st floor of a well-maintained residential complex for up to 3 people:

- Entryway with coat rack, bench, and valet stand; mirror, dresser, and closet
- Living area with a sleeper sofa, armchair, and TV,
- Integrated, fully equipped kitchen with oven and microwave, dining area for 4 people
- furnished balcony facing south and east with a view of the dike and a partial view of the Baltic Sea
- bedroom with two single beds placed in a corner
- Bathroom modernized in 2025 with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer

The apartment includes a parking space at the building. Bicycles can be stored in the building’s basement.

A beach chair from the Krebs beach chair rental (dog-free beach / near Pizzaria Espresso) is included for the booked period during the season (April 1, 2026, through September 30, 2026)!

A washing machine and dryer are located in the building’s basement (shared use for a fee).
Guests of the house can use a “fitness room” free of charge, which includes an abdominal and back exercise machine, an exercise bike, and a ping-pong table (guests must bring their own paddles).
