"I was impressed by the beautiful view and I do appreciate the kindness of the staffs. However, I felt disappointed when I noticed that I paid ¥3,454 higher than what I reserved on Expedia. I thought I would get reasonable price making a reservation through Expedia, but I didn't.They charged me ¥19,400 but according to my reservation it’s supposed to be ¥15,946. "

"宿泊、ありがとうございました。プールと公園が併設しているので、小さい子供が遊ぶにはちょうどよくゆっくりした時間を過ごせました。レストランからの眺めがよく日没あたりは景色の変化が見れて大人も楽しめる時間です。ホテル周辺や車ならハイランドパークに朝からいえるので、少し大きい子供でも楽しめる時間は作れると感じました。一方でプールへの導線が悪いの案内が少なく確認することが多かったので部屋からの導線に合わせて見直してもらいたい、更衣室が衛生的にもよくないのでロッカーの位置やモノを置けるベンチや棚をつけてほしい。子どもがいる環境に合わないのでとても使いづらいと感じました。"

"We had a really nice stay at this hotel. The food was excellent. Chef Oohira is very skilled-the food was surprisingly delicious and the presentation was beautiful. Really high quality ingredients. Also, the rooms were clean as they had just opened a few months ago (Oct 2018). Further, their shuttle service was a bit inconvenient since they only offer 2 times per day to the station but other than that it was an overall great stay here!"
