Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy

L’arrivée à l’hôtel s’est très mal passée. Malgré plusieurs échanges avec le propriétaire et abritel nous nous sommes vus refuser l’accès à nos chambres avec plusieurs enfants à 22h dans un pays que nous ne connaissons pas alors même que nous avions réservé à l’avance. Abritel n’a pas su gérer la situation convenablement et nous nous sommes retrouvés sans hébergement. Je ne vous recommande ni le site ni l’hôtel pour leur incompétence
