Hello, first of all thank you for staying at our property. We are sorry your experience did not go the way you expected. Regarding the internet, there was a general internet outage that affected many zones throughout Dakar so it was not an isolated incident. The issue was fixed the same day in the evening by the internet company. Regarding the TV, it requires the internet to get the channels that is why it did not function properly during the outage. For the toilet tank unfortunately we did not have the information and we are sorry about that. We would have been happy to fix it or move you to a different room if necessary. Finally regarding the taxes, as mentioned on the main page of this property and on your reservation there is a city tax of 1000fcfa per day per person that is paid at the property. That corresponds to the 7 missing on your invoice and that were not paid. It seems there were a misunderstanding with the team as we have no reason to ask you to leave your vehicle at the property.
