「Had a nightmare taxi journey from airport to Fadidi House, but the staff and Boucar (owner) made me feel at ease. The place has a family vibe and they make sure you’re happy and feeling the positive vibes! Rooftop area is sublime and I slept well in a room that had a private balcony. Breakfast was continental style, I bought some bagels when out so I could make my breakfast a little heavier as I was out on tours and activities everyday 🙈 Thank you again 🙏」

「I had to leave the place due to not having water and WiFi. When the water was available, I had to wash using a bucket of warm water. The staff tried their best but the few people working were tired and ill. The walk up of three flights of stairs was not easy with luggage. Because of a power surge, my charger was ruined. This place is poorly managed but could be much better managed with right person and proper investment of money and experience. I lost 7 nights there. I don’t recommend this...

「Thank you」

「The place was very well kept and the staff was very helpful in our needs.」

「The hotel exterior was old, there were dead bugs all over the.place, the WiFi didn't work everywhere, no hot water in the morning, my bathroom (Rm 652) floods if you turn on the shower for more than 2 minutes, the in-room intercom did not work. Imaging paying $268 for a hotel room for one night, you get asked to pay for breakfast on checknout and the breakfast spread was nothing to be excited about for extra $25 The only upside about the hotel are the staff who seemed friendly and handicapped...

「Its nice overall that I keep extending. Everything is great :)」

「Simply excellent. The warmth of the staff, location and everything just looks and feels 5*. Please add tea to the coffee in the room.」

「Couramina Résidence est à visiter. J'y retournerai volontiers.
