The room maintenance and renovation needs to start soon as the rooms are looking tired (eg peeling paint and wallpaper, scuffed walls, frayed towels) and well used, but if you can get a larger room, they’re usually better.”

“We had the best time as a family with 2 young children, 4months & 2yrs (nearly 3!). Our toddler loved every day - from the moment he woke up to falling asleep thinking about their next day activities.
The crèche/children’s centre is well equipped - so many toys! Children are looked after by a wonderful team. We stayed with our little one but the staff interacted with them & included them in all the activities. There’s even a cinema room for them to enjoy in the evenings! Our baby wasn’t left……

Due to a shortage of staff at the hotel, two people were responsible for all the necessary tasks. This caused delays in the work.

It was a pleasure to see them every morning and enjoy the amazing Turkish breakfast they lovingly prepared. We stayed a week and recommend it as a great place for a relaxing break not just an airport stop over although the proximity to Dalaman is also a benefit. Complementary fruit, slippers, beach towels and toiletries were very welcome along with cleaning, fresh towels……
