「This is the only upscale hotel I could find in Pathankot. It's new, clean and quaint. I love the pool design and layout. The staff is extremely helpful but there were some hiccups to overcome. For example, water leaking from light fixture requiring me to downgrade to a smaller available room, served uncooked chicken, housekeeper entered my room without permission or knocking or ringing the doorbell, late responses from the reception team. I truly believe this place can be one of the "greats"...

「Overall, the staff were polite and courteous, which was definitely a positive. However, the location of the property is quite inconvenient — there’s nothing nearby, and you need to drive at least 30 minutes just to find food outside. The in-house restaurant is quite expensive, and the portion sizes are small for the price charged. At times, the staff would call even when we preferred not to be disturbed.
