不滿：整潔度
I booked this place for a month. I showed up and there was another family staying in the home. The owner/host double booked. I had to scramble to find another place to stay in last minute late at night. I received zero notice and also zero response from the host when I attempted to contact them and let them know of the situation. I also attempted to contact them two days prior to my check in day to see if I could check in a day earlier and did not get a response. Very unprofessional.
