I enjoyed my stay at this cozy but very comfortable apartment. The kitchen is well-equipped, the bed is comfortable, the shower is wonderful! The neighborhood is transitional, but the location is excellent, with easy access to downtown and highways. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

The unit provided 2 really nice features, but then missed the mark on some basic necessities and utilities..The bed was extremely comfortable and the upgraded spa massage shower were the nicest part of the unit.The location was close to uptown, which was perfect for our needs, but in an area that is clearly evolving. While the property is gated, it's a gate that goes up to my hips so one can easily jump the gate... it's pointless for security.The unit is in a complex of what look to be storage containers that have been converted into apartments. While it was clean overall, the bathroom was subpar, particularly the floorboards. The shower door seal was partially broken so water gets all over the bathroom floor. The AC was loud and if you're sleeping in the living room, or have the bedroom door open, it keeps you awake. This unit is on the first floor and on our first night, we had no issues with noise, but on the second night, there were people upstairs and you can hear EVERYTHING! The unit says you can sleep in the living room, and yes, there is a sofa bed, but they only provide sheets...no extra pillows or blankets..The unit does not provide water or coffee, which is the norm these days, and instead provides you with a bath bomb and some other "spa" like gift..considering there's no bathtub, we would have preferred coffee and water :)
