We stayed 12 days, and the experience did not match the listing. The biggest issue was the outdoor amenities, which were a primary reason we booked. The hot tub was green, slimy, and unusable upon arrival and remained unreliable. We only had a clean, functioning hot tub for about 5 days, and it heated properly for just 3. Repair attempts were unsuccessful.Inside, comfort was lacking. The couches are stylish but uncomfortable, and there are only two TVs. Beds are extremely firm (on wood slats), and rough rugs in the master and living room are unpleasant underfoot. There were also safety and usability concerns. Stove knobs are very sensitive and can turn on accidentally—we experienced this multiple times and bought covers ourselves. The house has only 12 bath towels and no pool towels, which may be insufficient for larger groups. The listing mentioned one front-door camera, but there was also an undisclosed camera at the back, which may concern privacy-focused guests.Positives include a well-stocked kitchen and a large dining table. If you plan to be out most of the time, the home may suffice. However, for relaxing and using amenities, our experience fell short. There’s also no filtered water. We raised concerns during our stay; on day 6 they offered to “make amends” but never followed through beyond saying they’d “get back to us.” We checked out a day early due to comfort issues. Afterward, they offered a small reimbursement. Overall, the property did not justify the price.
