Please note that oversized vehicles are not permitted in the parking garage. Large vehicles will be denied entry at check-in according to the Building Parking Policy.

2. Large Vehicles - Includes sprinter vans, long economy vans, 10 passengers or more, anything lifted beyond height maximum 6'8
3. Dually Trucks or service trucks - very wide wheel wheels or lockers and containers. (too dangerous to maneuver in the garage.)
4. Anything lifted after-market or with larger custom rims and tires.
5. Motorcycles or tricycles other than car-type controls.

Pets are permitted based on their size; please notify us in advance and disclose your intention to bring a pet to prevent any potential cancellation. An additional cleaning fee per pet will be charged.
Depending on the duration of your stay, fees for bringing a pet vary as follows: if staying between 1 to 4 nights, there is a charge of $25 per night; for stays lasting from 5 to 29 nights, a fee of $200 per pet applies; and for stays of 30 nights or longer, the fee increases to $300 per pet.
The company is not responsible for any building maintenance or repairs.
