Reception Staff was very dry and remedial, in terms of providing good customer service. It seemed as if the person either didn’t want to be there altogether or specifically didn’t want to service me. No smile, no warm greeting. Obvious passive aggressive irritation at the fact I requested a different room than the one I was initially offered. No response or follow-up from management, once a written complaint was submitted. The check-out staff was actually on a personal phone call, while conducting business with me. She was kind, but I didn’t appreciate her not ending the phone call before asking me for personal information such as my name and room number; unprofessional.
