We welcome any responsible guests however if the majority of the adults in your group are under 25 we require an additional refundable damage deposit paid separately from your booking of $750. If everyone in your group is under 21 we do not allow alcohol on the property. No events or parties allowed.

Casa Del Lago sits in a quiet little neighborhood that is just off route 66, fenced all around it is perfect for large families with plenty of activities and space to spread out.
Outdoor hot tub located next to the pool for all year around use.

Up to 5 cars can be parked at the property, 2 in the garage and 3 in the driveway. Please see photos in the listing pictures to get a better understanding of the parking. Please DO NOT BLOCK THE GUEST UNIT PARKING WHICH IS LOCATED BEHIND THE WOODEN FENCE. ( Street parking is not allowed )
House Access:
There is a Keypad Lock on the front door, you will be given the code after booking.

Sidewalks are everywhere and you can easily walk around
Cars barley pass by the house, most people that drive around are residents
You’ll be conveniently located just 36 miles from DFW Airport, 20 miles to downtown Dallas, and 37 miles from the AT&T Stadium.
In addition to the many amazing attractions offered in the nearby major cities, Rowlett has plenty to see and do itself. Be wowed by the human oddities at Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, 34 miles away in neighboring Grand Prairie. You can also pay a visit to the first ever theme park in the famous Six Flags chain, Six Flags Over Texas, both 51 miles away. There’s no shortage of fun activities to fill your days!
Getting Around:
We are a cozy home in a very safe and peaceful neighborhood in the suburbs of Rowlett. This beautiful home is in a perfect location because we are right by the freeway making your way around Rowlett fast and easy. Our home is close to many shopping centers and restaurants!! You will be able to do your grocery shopping at our local Walmart just 1.7 miles away! At the same distance you will find all our shopping centers and dinning places!!
Walking is good for strolls but if you want to actually get somewhere you will need a vehicle.
Getting out to highway 66 is better to do through Chiesa Rd, and not through Shipp

House-trained pets are allowed for a fee of $150 per pet per stay. Please register your pets in the reservation in the section where guests are also registered.
- NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS:
We want you to enjoy the home but only registered guests are allowed during your stay. If you have a large group, please let us so know so we can see if this home is a good fit.
- ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS:
The base nightly rate covers the first six guests. Starting from the seventh guest, there’s an additional fee of $39 per guest per night.
- ADDITIONAL BEDROOMS:
The fifth and sixth bedrooms will be opened for groups of 8+ and 10+ guests respectively, to accommodate their sleeping arrangements.

- NO INDOOR SMOKING:
Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. A violation will incur a $500 fine. If you or any member of your group wish to smoke, please do so outdoors and ensure all cigarette butts are properly disposed of.
- POOL AND HOT TUB:
Please note that the pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year.
As this is an outdoor pool, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort.
The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate.

- LANDSCAPING:
The landscaper goes once a week.
- SECURITY CAMERAS:
For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house.
- HOUSE RULE VIOLATIONS:
Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancelation of the reservation with no refund to the guest and loss of any security deposit.
- PEST CONTROL:
This home features a garden area. Even though our pest control service goes out to the home at least once a month, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors, such as spiders, ladybugs, ants, or even bees. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified. We strive to keep the house clean and have monthly pest control measures in place.
- GUEST HOUSE -
There’s an independent guest house next to the property. This house has its own independent entrance, backyard and amenities. The only area shared between the homes is the very large driveway.
Please do not block the left wooden gate as we need clear access to it.
There is designated parking, on the right side of the driveway that can be seen in the photos.
CANCELATION POLICY
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in
If they cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights
If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights
If they cancel after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights
