Don’t stay here.

The unit was dirty and in need of a complete remodel. Floors with paint stains. Walls stained and cracked. The whole unit smelled of creosote, as did the building. Worst VRBO we’ve ever stayed in

Alarmingly Awful Stay

The smoke alarm beeped intermittently the entire visit. It was loud and made it impossible to sleep or even enjoy being in the unit at all. They sent someone to fix it three different times but it was never fixed. It just kept beeping. And it was loud. The location of the unit was convenient for the Convention Center. There was a lot of hallway noise and you could hear the neighbors pretty clearly. Communication was quick but it didn’t seem to be directly with the management company.

Falls VRBO Stay

Do not stay at this location if you expect fully stocked kitchen-only one spoon and one glass was provided. No pot holders-so oven could not be used. No utensils-so we had to use a metal fork on the cookware which was all scratched. Very small ice cube tray. Towels were very small and scratchy. No towel hooks/rods in the bathrooms. No bath mats on a VERY slippery floor. Old sheets that were pilling. No hangers in HUGE closets. Pool was closed the whole week. The whole unit was not clean. Stains on the walls. One light was broken and could not be used. Very odd “oil” smell.

It was the perfect location and an easy walk to the convention center.

The only thing I wish it had was better lighting in the bathrooms and bath mats when you get out of the shower.

No dish soap, was not too clean, it didn’t say anything luxurious, no extra towels,

Only plus point about the this place is the host was really nice to make sure I checked in into the house even when I tried to reach her at 1am. That is really commendable. A lot of WFC chefs and families stayed in that Butler bldg, looks like everyone had trouble one way or the other coming in and exiting the bldg.

Good location for downtown events.

Room was thoroughly cleaned to the point of a very strong cleaner smell when first checked in. Parking is not the best. Will have to carry your luggage and items a ways to get to your room. Only 1 car is valet parked. The rest will have to park in for pay lots across the street. The morning we left we saw a sports car with the back and driver side windows smashed out in the paid lot. The unit itself is nice and roomy.
