Dallas

Check in was 4:00pm. Had a team meeting at 5:00pm. Arrived in the metroplex early, went and got groceries, arrived at the location at 4:00pm. Messaged for the door code (phone number went to voicemail). Messaged three more times. Called VRBO, was told to wait an hour and try again. Went to my meeting, got the code while at the meeting. Returned to the rental, threw the perishables into the dumpster and finally entered the apartment at 7:00pm. Place was exactly as advertised. Timid travelers might want to conduct a street view prior to booking.
