Host interaction the host was pleasant however we got transferred to the three different rooms as soon as we got there they said that the room that we were going to be in was not ready so they sent us to another room and it was already occupied which could’ve been really bad And finally did get in to the room we ended up staying in ,, The only thing that would’ve been better is if there would’ve been real coffee or coffee filters for the coffee pot and the hot water was hit and miss also no remote for the tv

The communication was very bad. The host told me my unit was unavailable 30 minutes before check in and then almost refused to accommodate with another unit. The heat didn’t work in the unit and they kept saying maintenance would come but nobody ever did. Host refused to extend reservation. Saying the card declined but never attempted a charge. The unit was not up to par.

Dallas

It was a bait and switch, our unit was switched about 30 minutes before check in. Furniture was old and falling apart, Lamp in bedroom had to be unplugged or the lightbulb unscrewed to turn off. Kitchen only had 1 skillet and 2 pots. Not adequate for people who don't eat out much. Couldnt get hot water in kitchen, no rags or towels to clean up with. Couldnt get the wifi to work and no response from host other than which one are you trying to connect to. Bed was old spring mattress with foam on top and only has sheet and old comforter on it, no other blankets provided. A dresser would have been nice or at least more than 6 hangers for out clothes (we stayed 5 days). They provided 2 towels and 1 washcloth for 2 people for 5 day stay. This unit definitely needs updating. We made it through 5 days but would not stay there again. solution from host.
