Everything was wonderful. Our room was very nice, we stayed at an executive suite which included a living room and a bedroom in separate areas. The living room had a large comfy sofa, big TV and a dining area with a full table. The bathroom had FANTASTIC lighting, and will make you want to take a selfie even if you not the type to do so. The shower was roomy and nice. Our view was AMAZING. We were on the 29th floor and right in the middle of downtown. The TV remotes were in bags so I presumed they were disinfected. The beds were firm and the pillows were amazing. The blankets were a lovely texture and very cozy. The room was pretty quiet aside from normal city noises, which were nice and would remind me where I was. They had water bottles free for members, and only a dollar for non members. I was glad they weren't $5 each like other places. There was a vending machine on our floor and ice machine which was nice. The receptionist was personable and we joked around. Nobody seemed stiff there. I get the feeling the staff likes working there. The restaurant inside the hotel was amazing, as was the bar. I had the salmon and it was one of the best I have ever had. My husband had the double cheeseburger and he seemed to enjoy it. We didn't realize there was a fight at the American Air Lines and this caused the hotel to be booked nearly to capacity. Even so, we didn't have to wait an unreasonable amount of time for our food to arrive. Would recommend and will stay again!
