Check in was easy, house was just what we wanted and the two master suites is a huge plus.

Perfect location!

Great location with a short walk to Deep Ellum. We enjoyed the conversation seating in the living room for late night movies and conversations. The high top table was great for cards. Host gave us a great list of places eat and was very responsive to any questions we had.

Nice place, loud street noise, unusual check-in process

The place was nice and clean. The road noise was horrible. Sounded like street racers until 2-3am every night. The check in process was unusual. We couldn’t get the address until day of check-in. Instruction to get in the gate were to follow another car in if code didn’t work. Didn’t get check out instructions until mid morning the day of check out.

Great lace and location!!!

Pictures didnt do it justice and it was beautiful! Perfect for what we needed. Communication with renter was great. Any question we had they were prompt to reply and answered accordingly.

The stay wasn't too bad. The place is clean and cozy. It is across the street from the a fire station so there is a lot of sirens. It is also on a busy street and there is a lot of revving cars and road noise. The area isn't too bad, and we never felt unsafe. It was a short walk to the Deep Ellum area, with tons of restaurants and night life. We never received check out instructions but the host was responsive when I did need to reach out. The check in instructions were clear, but again I had to reach out for them. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and it isn't the host's fault that the road is noisy. Once we were asleep it never bothered us so take that for what you will.

Something is Not Right

We were locked out of the property more than once, host seemed to imply that we broke the lock. Lock worked perfectly after batteries were replaced. Kitchen sink had VERY SLOW drainage.

Host canceled day of!

Was traveling from out of state. No check in instructions were received so I emailed the night before. When my plane landed in Texas, I received notification that my reservation was canceled claiming property damage which was not true. We saw the property and there was no signs of any issues.

Not good

If you are a group of females traveling or a female solo traveler, this is not for you. Sketchy neighborhood by a train station. Lots of homeless individuals. Front door did not close securely. No additional locks other than the one the property manager could open from their phone. First floor apartment. I ended up booking a hotel.

Great convenient location

It was a great weekend out witb my bros, we were there attending a convention for the weekend. We got to walk to all sorts of new restaurants and bars from the rental. Its a great location for any stay in Deep Ellum!
