VALET PARKING 🚗🅿️
• One complimentary valet parking space is included with 24/7 valet service.
• Only one vehicle may be parked through valet. Additional vehicles are not permitted in the garage, but nearby street parking and paid daily parking lots are available.

The valet garage cannot accept the following vehicles:
- Vehicles equipped with breathalyzers
- Vehicles with makeshift or unsafe controls or faulty brakes
- Oversized vehicles, including Sprinter vans, extended vans, vehicles carrying 10+ passengers, or any vehicle taller than 6`8`
- Dually trucks, service trucks, or vehicles with oversized wheel setups, toolboxes, or storage containers
- Vehicles with aftermarket lift kits, oversized custom wheels, or large tires
- Motorcycles and tricycles that do not have standard automobile-style controls

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT 🚪🔒
• Check-in is at 4:00pm (or later, anytime works after since it`s self check-in), check-out is at 11:00am

Please note that for all VRBO bookings we require a pre-authorized hold on your credit card of $300 as a security deposit for your stay. This will be charged 5 days before your check-out and will be released back to you 2 days after check-out given no damages to the property
- NO SMOKING of any kind
- NO loud parties. This is a residential building, please be respectful of the neighbors that live next door. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Do not leave any trash, bags, or any other items outside the apartment door. The building is very strict and will impose a $75 fine per item if anything is left outside the units, especially overnight.
- Please do not stain any towels or linens. We provide makeup towels specifically for guests to use, we unfortunately will have to charge if we are unable to get the stains out of any towel or linen
