Quite new hotel, very clean and full equipped. Good a lay over or catching early flight...staffs are new so it took a bit longer time for checking in and also the breakfast is a bit light. In general, it is good.

Convenient location for a 1 night layover. The 1 bedroom suite allowed us to put the kids to bed and still get things done without worrying about waking anyone.

The good: The property was nice and updated. It had plenty of amenities including a nice gym and socializing area. The shuttle service was great and the 2 drivers we interacted with were fantastic. The bad: We showed up the night before the eclipse and expected the property to be packed and busy. Surprisingly we were quickly helped. That’s when we found out some unfortunate news. I gave the front desk my name and they told me that my reservation had been cancelled and they could not tell me by whom. It wasn’t by me. Thankfully, 10 minutes prior to our arrival, there was another cancellation which kept us from being homeless that night since most hotels were booked in the area. Even though we weren’t homeless, unfortunately this meant that we wouldn’t get the room we paid for, which turned out to be smaller. I figured we chalk up the night to a “things could always be worse” and decided to just be grateful to have a bed to sleep in. the room was found it to be poorly stocked. The night guy hooked us up. The second day and night was a blur due to traveling for the eclipse. We got back late and noticed the room had not been cleaned. Oh well Day 3: No room cleaning. I asked about it and was told that it should have been done and would be done the next day. Day 4: they finally did the room at some point in the afternoon which I reminded them to do. They took our extra pillows!! Overall the staff acted bothered by any concerns and grossly unapologetic. Food was basic.

Great for us because we arrived late and were leaving early the next morning. But not much around except other hotels so probably not the best for a longer term stay. Staff was fabulous and the room was clean and comfortable. Towels and toilet paper were both pretty thin!

Close to DFW. We had a late night flight followed by an early morning connection. We were able to have a great breakfast and ride the shuttle back to the airport.

We stopped at this hotel because we had an overnight connection at Dallas. The staff was very welcoming. However, we had issues with the room. The door locks are very old and we checked in at 10 PM and shortly after left our room to go back outside when we returned a few minutes later, the door would not open. We tried new room keys and it still wouldn’t open. The maintenance staff came to help and they couldn’t open it either. It took about an hour and a half before they could finally get the door open. Needless to say it was frustrating since we had an early flight And just wanted to get back into our things. Staff was nice and gave us another room but until we got our things it wasn’t very helpful. I would like though to shout out to Jasmine at the desk and DeAndre and Derek who finally got the door open for us After using a special tool, but it didn’t appear that this is the first time it has happened there. The management really needs to update the locks on top of it inside our room. It looked like somebody threw coffee against the wall in the bathroom as it was dripping everywhere And dried on with no attempt to clean it off. I am a Marriot member and have stayed many times with this chain. However, our stay was very disappointing. Had it not been for the helpful staff my review would have been one star.

On the morning of departure we found dirt on part of the bed linen that could have been associate with the presence of bed bugs. The front desk employees were supposed to investigate and report to us in the same day. Nothing was done and general manager further follow-up was "As I stated to you previously, at the time that you had the problem with the stain on your linen, I was on vacation. I did not inspect your linen; therefore, I cannot definitively tell you what was on the sheet." Communication with Marriott Bonvoy® Customer Care at MARRIOTT INTERNATIONAL was time lost. This was the first night of our 2 weeks vacation trip ans remained very nervous during all our vacation

When I got to my room it was filthy. Floor hadn’t been vacuumed, salt and pepper all over counter, drinking glass rings all over the side table, no clean utensils, old used coffee filter in coffee pot I have to run dishwasher to get clean cups etc. so I said to myself ok I’ll make sure house keeping cleans next day. No one ever came to clean it. I asked a house keeper at 4pm if someone would be coming she said oh the girl that had your room scheduled has left already. I was very dissatisfied. Especially for a Marriott property. Won’t ever stay here again. From desk staff was the only pleasant part of my stay

Out of the way - Clean and Comfy
The location of this hotel was kind of out of the way. There were not any restaurants or shops within a reasonable distance. The facility was tidy and the room was comfortable. The bathroom was very nice. They only provided two towels which wasn't adequate, however as soon as I requested extra ones they were brought up to my room. We would stay here again.

Good shuttle from airport, about 10 minute ride. Building seems new, is clean, excellent condition. Check-in woman is friendly and cute as a button. Room is nice, bed comfortable, no problems.
