I was really impressed with the value of this property. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the water pressure was great, the toiletries smelled amazing and the room had all the little things I needed (iron, hairdryer, empty mini fridge). The room was well soundproofed and the blinds blocked the light from the window properly. The property was aesthetically pleasing and the staff were all lovely. I arrived late on an international flight and emailed to make sure my room was held and they responded so I didn’t have to worry. I like that there are snacks and drinks, including wine and beer, available for sale in the lobby. I would definitely stay here again and felt the value for the cost was high.

Great location! Bright and refreshing atmosphere. Staff was kind and helpful. Sheets did not seem to be properly laundered. Staff moved me to a different room, but encountered the same scenario in the new room. Wondering whether it is just policy to not change sheets between guests to cut costs. I asked for clean sheets from the front desk to be able to go to sleep for the night— and she accommodated immediately. Even the “clean” sheets did not smell fresh or appear clean. They were still damp when I unrolled them to place them on the bed.
This is what sheets look like that have been slept on and then the bed remade without changing them.
